There are many important questions to consider when purchasing a home and I will provide you with the information you need and / or point you in the right direction, therfore avoiding time-consuming and costly mistakes, so please put my experience to your use, plus the fact is, that I can help you explore multiple properties based on your criteria, such as location, features, amenities nearby, services, communities, schools, etc., etc., saving you hours of your time and not only that, I can arrange for us to view the properties of your interest in an organized way, in other words... I'll be your tour guide! 

Some of my duties to you are:

  • Narrow down our choice of properties and gather more specific information as possibly available.

  • Make recommendations
  • Negotiate, prepare and submit and offer
  • Closing the sale
  • Key release

A lot of people has asked me the following question... How much is it going to cost me to hire you as my representative as a buyer?

The simple answer is... CERO, NADA, you don't have to pay me as a buyer, I am paid by the seller side. In other words you are hiring my professional services for FREE! and yes, there is a couple documents to go thru and sign.

Please note that there might be some rare circumstances or some additional services that might incur a fee, but if any of these happen or there's a potential of happening they will be discussed and disclosed in advance and before incurring in any of them.

As a REALTOR® I am not limited to my own listings or the ones from my office but to any property listed, therefore you don't need to contact each individual agent to view or purchase the property that you like, that's one of the benefits of me working for you!
